What is the status of my order?
Please check your emails from the shipping company to receive updates about your order.
Where is my order confirmation?
If you submitted an order with us, but didn't receive an order confirmation, it's possible that your email address was entered incorrectly. Get in touch with us at artxtra.info@gmail.com
If we have received an order in your name. We're happy to fix the email address on file and send you the order confirmation. In other cases, the order may not have gone through, so just get in touch before placing a new order to avoid being charged twice and creating a duplicate order.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Just double check to make sure it didn't land in your Junk folder, as emails sometimes end up there by accident.
How can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order before it leaves the warehouse, please contact us immediately at artxtra.info@gmail.com
However, we can't guarantee that we'll have enough time to cancel your order, as our shipping process is time sensitive and once your order is processed and in production we can no longer change or cancel the order.
What is the expected shipping time for my order?
-Acrylic Wall Art: We need 1-3 working days to create your order + 2-5 working days for shipment.
-Metal Wall Art: We need 1-3 working days to create your order + 2-5 working days for shipment.

Can I order any artwork with my own dimensions?
We don't offer custom work currently. The art is only available in the dimensions shown on the website.
Why is my order is missing pieces?
We package our products individually and the delivery company then sends the order out separately rather than packaging the entire order together. If you’ve ordered multiple items, they may arrive individually.
Please check the shipping code you received via email from the delivery company to know when to expect the rest of your order. And of course, you can always contact us for support via artxtra.info@gmail.com
What is your return policy?
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your orders unfortunately you are not eligible for returns.
Additionally, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): Items arrive damaged or missing parts for reasons due to our error qualify for a refund.
